About Me
Hi, I’m Michelle.
I’m a Holistic Occupational Therapist passionate about helping women rediscover themselves during midlife.
I believe healing happens through meaningful daily habits, nervous system support, self-compassion, and honoring the unique season of life you’re in.
My goal is to help you move from surviving to thriving.

My Story

For more than 20 years, I have been a licensed Occupational Therapist, working with individuals across the lifespan—from infants to older adults. While I have loved every stage of my career, my greatest passion has always been helping people achieve health, wellness, and balance in their everyday lives.
My journey into holistic health began long before it became my professional focus. As a Beachbody coach and through studying nutrition under a naturopathic doctor, I learned first hand how lifestyle, nutrition, movement, stress, and the nervous system all work together to influence our overall well-being. Much of what I learned came from my own search for healing.
For years, I struggled with both physical and emotional health challenges. I sought answers through conventional medicine, as well as naturopathic and functional medicine practitioners, always searching for the root cause rather than simply treating symptoms. Looking back, I now recognize that I had been living with PMDD for years, and throughout my forties I was likely experiencing perimenopause without realizing it.
I experienced overwhelming fatigue, hormonal changes, anxiety, chronic stress, and a growing disconnect from myself. Like so many women, I found myself asking, “What’s happening to me?” Unfortunately, I often found more questions than answers.
At the same time, life didn’t slow down. I was balancing a full-time career, raising children, supporting aging parents, nurturing my marriage, and trying to care for everyone around me while neglecting myself. My nervous system was constantly in overdrive, and my body began to reflect the chronic stress I was carrying.
That journey changed everything.
Through research, education, self-advocacy, and holistic healing, I discovered the importance of caring for the mind, body, and soul as one connected system. I learned that chronic stress doesn’t just affect our emotions—it often manifests as physical pain, fatigue, tension, digestive issues, poor sleep, and burnout.
Today, I combine over two decades of Occupational Therapy experience with a holistic approach to help individuals restore balance and reconnect with themselves. I look beyond symptoms to understand how daily habits, hormones, lifestyle, stress, and the nervous system affect overall health and quality of life.
As a Holistic Occupational Therapist, I incorporate clinical knowledge with whole-person care, using approaches such as myofascial release, nervous system regulation, grounding techniques, lifestyle redesign, mindfulness, movement, and wellness coaching. My goal is to help you create sustainable habits that support healing—not just physically, but emotionally and spiritually as well.
You don’t have to navigate midlife feeling exhausted, overwhelmed, or alone.
My mission is to empower you with the knowledge, tools, and support to help you restore balance, reconnect with yourself, and confidently move into this next chapter with strength, resilience, and purpose.
